Please read it carefully and use the Services responsibly.

- Use the Services honestly, in good faith, and only for lawful purposes.
- Respect the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights.
2. Content Rules
When you upload audio or video, submit content for transcription or translation, or publish content on the Services (such as articles, comments, or other materials), you must not create, upload, or distribute content that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation;
- Infringes the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any third party;
- Is fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive;
- Is defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful to any person or group;
- Contains the personal information or private conversations of others without their consent, or exploits minors in any way;
- Promotes violence, terrorism, illegal drugs, weapons, gambling, or any other illegal activity.
You may only upload and process audio, video, and other materials that you own or have the legal right to use.
3. Speech-to-Text and Subtitle Specific Rules
When using the speech-to-text, subtitle generation, subtitle correction, and translation features, you additionally agree:
- No unauthorized recording or transcription. Do not upload recordings of private conversations, meetings, or other communications that you do not have the right to record, process, or share.
- No impersonation or deception. Do not use transcripts, subtitles, or translations to impersonate a person, misattribute statements, or mislead others about who said what.
- No misleading media. Do not create or distribute subtitles, transcripts, or translations that misrepresent what was actually said, or that could reasonably deceive viewers or listeners.
- Accurate attribution. Do not present machine-generated transcripts or translations as official, certified, or verbatim records where such accuracy is legally required.
- Lawful subject matter. Do not process media that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise violates the Content Rules above.
- Respect for the Services. Transcription, translation, and subtitle technologies are made available for your lawful use of the Services only and must not be resold, redistributed, or used to build competing services.
4. Account and Fair Use
- Register with true, accurate, and current information, and keep it up to date.
- One person may maintain one account; do not create accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
- Do not abuse the free features, circumvent usage limits, or use automated tools to submit tasks in bulk.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials confidential.
5. Enforcement
We reserve the right to review content and accounts for compliance with this Convention and to take action — including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and cooperating with law enforcement — where we determine a violation has occurred.
6. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that you believe violates this Convention, please report it to [email protected]. We will review reports and take appropriate action.
